the staff were wonderful in every way. the hotel was immaculate, and its central location meant shops, restaurants, and bars were within easy reach. staff worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in pristine condition. the hotel smelled amazing.

The staff was helpful and friendly, they assisted with everything I needed. The rooms were beautiful AND very comfy! The location was GREAT, it was within walking distance of many sights.

The tv speaker in my room was broken, I couldn't hear it properly. The toilet ran all night long and it COULDN'T be stopped. The bed was ok, but EVERYTHING else was uncomfortable.

An Oasis of Kindness and Charm!

Nhi Le at the front desk greeted me with a smile that brightened my days. The bellboys were always alert, promptly arranging taxis and greeting me warmly. I always felt well cared for. I really enjoyed the daily afternoon tea service. The housekeeping staff were consistently available and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi offered a cozy escape. The bar above was perfect for enjoying a drink in the warm air.
